Delivery Times for ‘Free Delivery’
At Printing Mallorca we want to ensure there’s no uncertainty when it comes to the delivery of your package. That’s why on every product description page we detail the delivery time for each product.
Please note that in order to use the day as a ‘production day’ we have to have your order and artwork signed off by no later than 10.30am.
Production times
Most of our products have a 24 to 48 hour delivery time, however other products have 3 to 4 days delivery for example. If you would like your product ‘super urgently’ please contact us and we can offer you a ‘premium’ fee for ‘express’. This fee will depend upon how busy we are as we will then put your item to the front of the queue. When you pay extra for your turnaround, this actually refers to a faster production time. We endeavour to produce all orders on time, but unfortunately we cannot always guarantee that delivery will be on time where external factors are involved.
95% of our print meets the delivery dates but there are circumstances out of our control such as couriers, machinery errors etc. which we cannot be held responsible for.
We work closely with a selection of delivery companies to make sure we can provide the best product, price and delivery service possible.
Turnaround times
We combine a lot of orders together on one large press sheet. This will produce less waste, so it’s better for the environment and also gives us the opportunity to offer you the lowest prices. When we can choose the day to schedule your order, we in turn can arrange the press sheets more efficiently.
When you choose a faster turnaround, we’ll start the presses earlier and will give more priority to your order, while also sending it with a faster delivery method. These combined costs are what makes the cost higher for an order with a faster delivery.
